国外企业社会责任理论述评——企业与社会的关系视角

摘要(Abstract)：
本文概述了四种不同视角的企业社会责任理论,即利益相关者理论、社会责任层级理论、企业公民理论和经济伦理学的社会责任理论,并从企业与社会关系的角度分析了四种理论各自的出发点和侧重点,阐述了在西方经济发展过程中企业与社会关系的演进,指出企业社会责任理论的贡献及存在的缺陷。
