疾病的概念隐喻及其社会心理效应Conceptual Metaphors of Illness and Their Social Psychological Effects

摘要(Abstract):
概念隐喻广泛存在于人类表述疾病问题的话语之中。它既是一种修辞方式,也反映了人类用既有认知图式来理解复杂事物的心理本能。本文采取概念隐喻理论的视角,梳理了历史文化中常见的疾病隐喻,并分析了其社会心理效应。疾病的概念隐喻可以让人们更容易理解复杂的疾病现象,但也可能掩盖和扭曲真实的疾病体验而造成误解,而这些认知又会进一步影响人们对疾病的态度和行为。因此,我们既需要反思其负面效应,也需要思考如何利用其正面效应来推动疾病和健康问题的社会治理。
